**Taking a week off was exactly what i needed TO REST AND RECOVER. wHILE TAKING OFF FROM WORKING OUT, I CONCENTRATED ON AREAS THAT I LACKED IN, LIKE DIET. WHILE OFF, I WAS ABLE TO CLEAN UP SOME EATING AND DRINKING HABITS AND WITH THAT I WAS ABLE TO SLACK OFF SOME WEIGHT THAT I HAD BEEN STUCK ON FOR A WHILE. NOW I AM READY TO GET BACK TO IT.
