- Leg Stretch




WOD#1: Strength
12 Min. EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
  • 5 Overhead Squats @ 60%
  • 5 Bar facing burpees

***Warm up and get some reps in, build to your 60%***


WOD#2: Endurance
18 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
  • 9 Toes to Bar or Hanging Leg Raise
  • 9 Ring Rows
  • 30 Single Jump Ropes


COOL DOWN:
3 Rounds
  • 200m Run
  • 10 Air Squats
