  • 50 Switching Knee to Elbow Mountain Climbers
  • 20 In and Outs


WOD#1: Strength. As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible.
-25 Minute AMRAP (135/95)
  • 1 Power Clean
  • 3 Push Jerks
  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 7 Push Ups

COOL DOWN: Core/Abs
-2 Rounds
  • 20 Crucifix
  • 30 Plank Side to Side
  • 20 Seated In and Outs
  • 10 V- Sit Ups
  • 20 Hanging Leg Raise
  • 30 Boat Hold Flutter Kicks
  • 20 Russian Twists
