WOD#1: Strength.
"Hammer"
5 Rounds- Each Round For Time
  • 5 Power Cleans 95/65
  • 10 Front Squats 95/65
  • 5 Jerks 95/65
  • 20 Pull Ups/Ring Rows

**** REST 90 seconds after each round****



COOL DOWN: Abdominals.
3 Rounds
  • 30 Crucifix Sit Ups
  • 30 Russian Twists
