Sorry for the lack of posts, but on Summer Break, so have been in and out on vacation. I did bring some dumb bells and kettle bells with me, so I will post workouts containing those. However, I will post some workouts with no weights in case you are limited on resources like me. (Perks of owning a home gym :p) Warm Up: Stretch/ Basketball shoot around (15-20 minutes) WOD#1: Full Body workout with dumb bells. - 3 rounds/10 reps each ( FOR TIME)
WOD#2: Full Body workout with Kettle bell -21-15-9 FOR TIME
Cool Down: ABS/Core -3 Rounds
