  • 10-1 Handstand Push Ups
  • 1-10 Bench Press (135/95)




COOL DOWN:
TABATA (20 seconds ON/ 10 seconds REST)
  • Jump Rope
  • Rope Slams

Tough times will not last and we are in the world where every fight needs effort. We just need to keep on going and have a good fight that we can all be proud of. We must build a team and have that power that is needed in every fight. The fight will be hard at the start and we may have some doubts at ourselves but we must stand up and be a person that people will look up to. We are in a world where situation counts and we need to maximize our assets it is also for our own benefit. I will make a promise to myself that I will be the leader of the next generation.
