  • 40 DB Hang Power Cleans 





Cool DOWN: Core/Mobility/Accessory

Gymnastics-

  • Negative Pull Ups (from box or bench)
  • Jumping Pull Ups (from box or bench)
3x 20s ON/10s REST
  • Kipping Swing
