Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!!!!!

Took some time off to go on vacation and spend time with family. But it's a new year so that means new opportunities arise, challenges appear and goals to make.
Let's make 2019 the hardest working year for the HUNGRIEST people .


Since I didn't post yesterdays New Years Eve Final Countdown workout, I will use it as today's WOD. It's a workout that consists of body weight movements mixed with weight lifting movements working all muscles and body parts throughout.


WOD#1:
  • 100 Jump Ropes
  • 90 Alt. Standing Lunges
  • 80 Mountain Climbers
  • 70 Air Squats
  • 60 Abmat Sit Ups
  • 50 Alt. DB Snatch
  • 40 Thrusters (75/45)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 20 Power Cleans (75/45)
  • 10 Toes to Bar
  • 20 Power Cleans (75/45)
  • 30 Burpees
  • 40 Thrusters (75/45)
  • 50 Alt. DB Snatch
  • 60 Abmat Sit Ups 
  • 70 Air Squats
  • 80 Mountain Climbers
  • 90 Alt. Standing Lunges
  • 100 Jump Rope
